Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
